Rebecca Kipp

Sourcing and Vendor Management Consultant

Rebecca’s application to Seprio was a joke. Literally.

She was working in a law firm whose office was next door to Seprio’s office. When her law firm was moving to a new office space, she applied to Seprio on a whim; ready to crack some jokes about wanting to stay in the same office building for a shorter drive.

She turned out to be the perfect fit for what Seprio needed at the time. She was a recovering attorney, still looking for what best suited her. Seprio has been her home for a few years, where she has found joy in RFP’s and negotiating, citing the ability to be creative as a main reason reason. If she wasn’t here at Seprio, she’d be helping an NGO that focuses on disaster relief or animal rescue. I’m not sure she’d admit it (I didn’t particularly ask), but she has the kind of heart that would end up adopting every street cat on the block. It’s not hard to imagine her curled up in a blanket, buried in the corner of a couch with fifteen cats around her: a glass of wine in one hand with a book in the other.

What book? Just about any. From historical non-fiction to personal development to fantasy fiction, she covers almost every base. A fan of the classics, she’s not one to keep up-to-date with recent releases unless a friend personally recommends one to her.

When she’s not reading, she’s spending time with friends and family. Rebecca is a foodie, which is basically just another way of saying she’s super judgmental of everything anyone ever cooks for her. She spends time with other foodies and readers, and often enjoys a glass of some new and (supposedly) unique red wine at dinner.

A sucker for current news around weird and popular cases, she’s always full of an interesting opinion on a case you didn’t know existed. She binged the entire Depp vs Heard case, watching it through streamers on Twitch that give commentary on whatever is going on in the legal world. Whenever she wants to feel better about her lawyering skills, she thinks about Heard’s lawyers. It gives her a confidence boost.

In closing, Rebecca is a joy to be around. While professional and charming, she maintains an air of playfulness and wittiness that keeps you on your toes. It’s not a far stretch to say that she will likely end up working in some kind of nonprofit one day. She has a heart for those in need, and those who can’t speak up for themselves.
